What you get

Working outputs, not a presentation about them

Your team has an approved place to use AI and a safety net on every covered PC, set up by us in 1 to 3 weeks, with nobody on your side needing to be an IT expert.

Deployment plan

A short document listing which PCs and users are covered, how Sentinel gets installed on each, which Chat users are invited, the order of work and who on your side does what. Adding the next PC or hire later by following the same steps, and showing a partner, insurer or client exactly what is covered.

Sentinel policy configuration

One policy set, configured in your SUPERWISE account: which identifier types are replaced, what the replacement looks like and whether a request is replaced or blocked. The written answer to "what does the software do with our data?", and the setting you change when your rules change.

Chat workspace configuration

One SUPERWISE Chat workspace with its users, access, workspace policies and guardrails set the way your business wants them. The approved place staff use AI day to day, and the place an administrator manages who has access.

Validation record

The tests we ran after deployment: that each covered PC appears in your account, that a test prompt with made-up identifiers has them replaced, and that invited users can sign in to Chat. Proof the rollout worked on the day it finished, and the checklist to repeat after any change.

One-hour team session

A live session for your staff covering how to use Chat, what Sentinel does and does not catch, and what to do when something looks wrong. Turning the policy into habit, and a reference for new hires, who can be walked through the same material.

Administrator handover guide

A guide written for your administrator covering how to add and remove PCs and users, how to change the policy, where to see each PC's health, and who to contact for help. Running the setup yourself after we leave, and handing the job to a successor or an IT contractor.

Outcomes

What will we have at the end?

Client and company details stop leaving the PC in prompts

On every covered PC, Sentinel replaces the identifiers it recognizes, such as email addresses, phone numbers and labeled account numbers, with placeholders before a prompt reaches the AI tool. We tell you plainly what it does not catch, so your staff rule matches what the software does.

Your people have an approved AI tool to use instead of a personal account

A SUPERWISE Chat workspace, administered by your business and set up with the guardrails you choose, gives staff a private place to work with AI, so the question "what should I use?" has an answer you can put in writing.

Someone in your business can run it afterwards

You finish with a deployment plan, the policy and workspace configuration, an administrator guide and a trained team, so adding a person, changing a rule or checking that a PC is protected does not need a call to us.

Examples

What could this look like in our business?

These are examples of suitable work, not claims about past client engagements.

Example: a small firm with no IT staff

Twenty or so people, a handful of PCs, and staff who paste client details into ChatGPT. We install Sentinel on each covered PC, set one policy for what gets replaced, create the Chat workspace and run one session for everyone. The office manager gets the guide.

Example: moving a team off personal AI accounts

A team already uses AI every day on accounts nobody manages. We set up one Chat workspace for the team with its guardrails, invite the users and agree with you what goes into it, so the move happens in a week and not through a memo.

Example: a business with managed PCs

Your PCs are looked after by an IT contractor or a device-management tool. Today we install Sentinel per user, which needs no administrator rights. The all-users installer for deployment through Intune or another tool is not yet available, and we confirm the current status with you when we scope.

Example: a first set of rules for a regulated office

An office that handles client records wants the identifier types it cares about replaced and a record that the check ran. We configure the policy set around the types Sentinel supports and tell you which of your data types it does not cover.

Example: Chat for one department first

One department, such as client services, starts with a Chat workspace and its own documents, and the rest of the company follows later. The first workspace is in scope; more workspaces are a price driver.

Success measures

How do we know it worked?

We agree the measures at kickoff and use them in the final decision.

Measures agreed at kickoff

  • Coverage: every PC and user named in the deployment plan is connected, and appears in your SUPERWISE account's list of Sentinels.
  • Replacement works: on each PC we check, a test prompt with made-up identifiers of the supported types leaves with placeholders in their place.
  • Chat adoption: every invited user has signed in to the workspace and has run a first conversation by the end of the rollout.
  • Team understanding: the team has attended the session, and staff can say what goes into AI tools and what does not.
  • Handover works: your administrator adds a user and changes a policy setting using only the guide, with us watching.

Your team

What does our team need to give?

About 6 to 10 hours across your team over the whole rollout, mostly from the administrator, plus one hour for each person at the session. These are planning figures; we confirm them when we scope.

Sponsor, such as the owner or an operations lead

Decides what is in scope, names the administrator, and approves the staff rule on what goes into AI tools.about 1 hour in the first week

Administrator

The person who will run it afterwards. Provides the list of PCs and users, approves each PC when it connects, tests Chat, and learns the guide.about 3 to 4 hours in each rollout week

IT contact or contractor, if you have one

Gives access to managed PCs or the device-management tool, and tells us about restrictions on installing software.about 1 to 2 hours, only if your PCs are managed

Staff

Attend the one-hour session and sign in to Chat.about 1 hour once, per person

Duration

A build path your team can see

1 to 3 weeks

Days 1–3

Confirm devices, users, policies, workspace, and deployment method.

Week 1–2

Configure and deploy Sentinel and Chat, then validate the setup.

Week 2–3

Train the team, hand over administration, and close remaining issues.

Data and security

Is our data safe?

How the engagement handles data

  • Where Sentinel runs: on each person's own PC. Prompts are checked there and are never routed through SUPERWISE. Only operational metadata and configuration sync with your SUPERWISE account.
  • What Sentinel records: metadata only, which is counts, which rule fired and latency, for each request. The prompt itself is not recorded and prompts and responses are never sent to SUPERWISE.
  • What Sentinel catches and what it does not: it replaces listed identifiers before a prompt leaves, including some values only in recognized formats or with recognized labels. It does not catch names, street addresses, passport numbers, bank routing numbers, driver's licenses, Okta tokens, unlabeled numbers, short test keys, or table-header values. We go through this list with you so your staff rule reflects it.
  • Where Chat runs: SUPERWISE Chat is a private AI workspace on a SUPERWISE-hosted model, administered by your business, with guardrails you configure and conversations recorded and searchable. Chat keeps conversations private to your business; it does not redact them.
  • Access: the per-user Sentinel installer needs no administrator rights, and each person approves their own PC in the browser when it connects. We make no changes to your accounts beyond the agreed setup.

Ownership

What do we own when it is over?

You own the configuration and the documents: the deployment plan, the policy and workspace settings in your SUPERWISE account, the validation record and the administrator guide. Sentinel and Chat run under their own subscriptions, billed separately from this engagement. If you stop working with us after the rollout, the setup keeps running for as long as you keep those subscriptions, and your administrator can change it using the guide.

After the engagement

What happens after?

The rollout ends with a handover, and ongoing help is not part of the fixed price. If you want us to monitor and maintain Sentinel and Chat, Managed AI operations starts from $3,500 a month on a 12-month term. If you want written policies and an approval process around the tools, AI governance and controls is the usual next step, from $20,000 over 4 to 8 weeks. If you are not sure the tools fit your business, the free Quick Scan and the AI readiness assessment come first.

Who delivers and proof

Delivered by the SUPERWISE services team

We have not published a case study of a Sentinel and Chat rollout, and this is a new package, so we show none. The nearest real story on this site is Renova Health, a healthcare organization whose care managers use AI assistants with every AI decision logged and traceable to its source. It is not a rollout case and is not presented as one.
