1. Introduction
SUPERWISE® ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, request a demo, or contact us for support. This may include:
- Name and contact information
- Company and job title
- Account credentials
- Communications you send to us
When you create an account, we record how you found us (the campaign, referring site, and landing page) and, where you have allowed analytics or advertising cookies, the pseudonymous identifiers those cookies hold. We use this to measure which marketing works and keep it with your account.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send technical notices and support messages
- Respond to your comments and questions
- Communicate with you about products, services, and events
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information. Our SOC 2 audit is underway, with the report expected in Q1 2027. Our security practices and subprocessors are listed in the trust center.
5. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
This section covers superwise.ai and its subdomains: assessment.superwise.ai (our AI Readiness Assessment), authentication.superwise.ai (sign-up and sign-in), app.superwise.ai (the SUPERWISE platform) and docs.superwise.ai (product documentation).
Why we use these technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep our sites working, to understand how people use them, and to measure which of our advertising leads people to sign up or complete the AI Readiness Assessment. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
superwise.ai and assessment.superwise.ai each show a banner that lets you accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. On the AI Readiness Assessment, nothing is set until you choose. You can change your choice at any time using the "Your privacy choices" link in the footer of either site. Each site remembers your choice separately.
On superwise.ai, authentication.superwise.ai and app.superwise.ai, visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are treated as having declined until they choose. Elsewhere, analytics and advertising measurement may run by default until you opt out. Our documentation site, docs.superwise.ai, uses Google Analytics for all visitors.
What we use
Analytics:
- Google Analytics measures visits, pages viewed and actions such as downloads, sign-ups and assessment progress.
- Microsoft Clarity (superwise.ai) records how visitors interact with pages so we can improve them.
Advertising measurement:
- Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, X, Reddit and Meta tell us which ads led to a sign-up or a completed assessment.
- Tracklution (superwise.ai) receives page-view information and helps us measure advertising results. It runs when the page loads.
Customer relationship:
- HubSpot (superwise.ai) helps us understand which content prospective customers engage with.
The AI Readiness Assessment
When you take the assessment, we measure how far you get and whether you submit, along with general labels such as the campaign that brought you, the depth you chose, your role, your seniority band and the state of your results. We never send your name, email address, company or answers to any analytics or advertising provider, in plain or hashed form.
Creating an account
When you create an account, we record how you found us (the campaign, referring site and landing page). Where advertising measurement is allowed, we may share a hashed version of your email address with Google Ads and Reddit to match your sign-up to the ad you clicked. A hash is a one-way code; the providers cannot read your original address from it.

Where data goes and how long we keep it
Several of these providers are based in the United States, so information may be processed outside your country, including outside the EEA and UK. Google Analytics keeps event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months, renewed when you return. Each advertising platform keeps conversion data under its own policies.
Legal basis and your rights
Where the law requires it, we rely on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies, and you can withdraw it at any time through the "Your privacy choices" link on either site. You can also use each provider's own opt-out, or block cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies does not stop our sites working.
