Keep customer data out of ChatGPT and Claude.
Sentinel is a small Windows app. Before anything leaves your PC, it swaps customer names, emails, account numbers, API keys and passwords for placeholders. The AI still answers. Your data stays yours. It covers the AI apps on your PC, like Claude Code and Claude Desktop, and with its browser extension, ChatGPT and Claude in Chrome and Edge.

Draft a short apology about the late refund: Name: <NAME> Email: <EMAIL> Phone: <PHONE>
Three examples of what Sentinel does to a prompt. A customer record: the name Dana Whitfield, the email d.whitfield@acme.com and the phone number (415) 555-0142 are replaced with NAME, EMAIL and PHONE placeholders before the prompt reaches ChatGPT, and the model still writes the reply. An API key in a prompt: the key and the database connection string are replaced with API_KEY and CONNECTION_STRING placeholders. A toxic reply: a request to insult a customer is blocked and never reaches the model.

For IT administrators
Rolling Sentinel out to your team?
One installer for every user, one console for the guardrails, and our team when you want help.
Install it for every userThe all-users installer puts Sentinel on a shared or managed PC for everyone who signs in to it.
- Two installers. The per-user installer needs no admin rights and protects the person who runs it. The all-users installer,
SuperwiseSentinel-PerMachine.msi, installs once per PC for everyone and is the one to push from Intune or another deployment tool. - Silent install. The Deploy page in your SUPERWISE account gives the exact command for your tenant. It carries a short-lived enrollment token, never a tenant secret, and each PC exchanges it for its own device credential in Windows Credential Manager, so revoking one PC touches no other.
msiexec /i "SuperwiseSentinel-PerMachine.msi" /quiet /norestart
- Intune. Package the MSI as a Win32 app and detect it by its MSI product code. Requires Windows 10 1809 or later, x64.
- What it changes on the PC. A Windows service,
SentinelGatewaySvc, that runs the local gateway; the Sentinel app in the notification area; thesentinelcommand-line tool; and machine-wide settings that point AI tools such as Claude Code at the local gateway. The Chrome and Edge extension installs separately. - Clean uninstall. Removing the product takes the service, the app, and the AI-tool settings with it. Use the product code of the build you deployed:
msiexec /x "{PRODUCT-CODE}" /quiet /norestart

Set the guardrails in one placeEach PC appears in the Sentinels list in your SUPERWISE account, where an admin manages the guardrails it enforces.
- One list. Each PC enrolls as its own Sentinel. The fleet dashboard shows health, security value, and latency across all of them.
- What an admin controls. Which guardrails run (secrets and credentials, PII, and rudeness and toxicity), in what order, and what each does on a match: remediate replaces the value with a placeholder and forwards the request; block rejects it with your error message. PII redaction lets you choose which identifier types to catch.
- Token optimization. Compresses large prompts before they reach the model, to cut cost and latency. It stays off until an admin turns it on.
- How fast changes land. PCs pick up saved changes on their next heartbeat, about once a minute.
- What a user can and can’t change. On the PC, users see which guardrails apply but cannot edit them; in your SUPERWISE account, read-only users can view the policy without changing it. On a centrally managed PC, an administrator decides whether users may pause protection, and a user can make that stricter, never looser.
- What it doesn’t do. Sentinel routes AI traffic by pointing each tool at the local gateway; it does not block the network. To stop a user going around it, add an outbound firewall rule that lets only the Sentinel gateway reach the AI providers’ APIs.
Have us roll it outOur team deploys Sentinel across your company and sets the policies it enforces.
- AI Governance & Controls. We define your AI usage policy, map the risks and controls, and design the audit trail, then set Sentinel’s guardrails to enforce that policy on every request. You keep a governance framework, a risk and controls register, and reporting templates your board and regulators can use.
- Managed AI Operations. We run and watch your Sentinel gateways under an SLA: monitoring, incident detection, updates, and recurring compliance reporting, with quarterly reviews.
- How it starts. A first call to scope the engagement to your fleet and your timeline.
