An out-of-the-box conversation dataset and metafeatures (response time, refusal rate, etc.) let you build statistics, time series, and distribution queries. Dashboards and policies give real-time observability and proactive alerts.

Metafeatures are external signals about each question and response: response time, refusal rate, detected language, and more. SUPERWISE computes them automatically so you can query and alert on behavior without custom instrumentation.

You define policies (e.g. alert when average response time exceeds 15 seconds) and run them on a schedule. When a threshold is crossed, SUPERWISE sends notifications to channels like Slack. That keeps your team ahead of incidents.
