Trial success manager (SaaS tech)

Our AI Assurance SaaS platform monitors AI models in the cloud and can detect and solve issues in real-time, rather than taking the reactionary approach triggered by dropped business KPIs which most often occur only after an error has become an issue. Superwise bolsters trust in Machine Learning (ML) models for business and operation leaders who no longer need to rely on individual data science teams to ensure that their Artificial Intelligence is functioning properly. The Superwise SaaS based AI Assurance platform includes AI performance management, data drift and bias detection, AI explainability and ML Model analytics capabilities.

The Role:

The Trial Success Manager is a critical member of the Superwise Global Sales team. You will be the primary point of contact for managing the success of Superwise Trials and their conversion to long-term billable customers. Working closely with sales, customer support and operational teams your job is to coordinate all project management and communications related to the Trial Management process. This is a high profile and important role in the overall sales success and revenue growth of the company.

Trial Success Manager Responsibilities:

  • Primary day-to-day contact for enterprise level sales prospects that have engaged with Superwise on a trial basis.
  • Plays a leading, critical role in the overall sales success and revenue growth of the company by ensuring successful Trial Management and conversion to billable client.
  • Responsible for all related trial activities to ensure successful trial experience
  • Coordinates all internal project management and external communications related to Trial kick-off, launch, usage, completion and conversion
  • Proactively advises Trial prospects on “best practices” for Trial Success and shares additional insights related to the Superwise platform and features.
  • Responsible for further positive development and growth of prospect relationship with Superwise.
  • Acts as first level product expert and illustrates a genuine passion and knowledge for advanced Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence related technologies.
  • Focused on connecting Trial Success Metrics with overall trial experience that results in trial conversion to billable customer.
  • High profile position reporting directly to Chief Revenue Officer and will work very closely with Superwise co-Founder and CEO.
  • Provide additional support, project management and business coordination on additional Sales and Business Development related activities and special projects where required
  • Work closely with Superwise leadership team to provide feedback and input related to enhancing prospect trial experience and conversion success

Qualifications and Strengths:

  • 2-5+ years of customer facing experience with an advanced technology SaaS company
  • Sales oriented Customer Success/Customer Support experience related to client education, training and and ongoing support
  • Comfortable communicating with executive and management level decision makers both internally and externally
  • Strong Project Management experience and verbal/written communication skills is a must with illustration of exceptional organization, communication, follow-up, timeline management and documentation
  • Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence experience – or working with or selling to Data Science Teams – is a significant plus but not required
  • Collaborative team player who can manage geographical, cultural, and time zone differences
  • Motivated, proactive, self-starter with ability to balance multiple tasks and assignments.
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Experience working with CRM (Hubspot or Salesforce.com), along with prior start-up experience, is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university strongly preferred
