Onboarding manager

We’re looking for an experienced onboarding manager to lead our customers and community edition users through their Superwise ML observability journey. You need to be a detail-oriented people person who knows how to zero in on customer needs, requests, and values and find the best path to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Superwise new clients going through a frictionless and successful process of integration to our platform
  • Proactively consult on best practices, creative solutions, and ways to integrate smoothly
  • Develop detailed project plan schedules and work breakdown structures to ensure integration delivery
  • Take ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding.
  • Serve as the main point of contact throughout the onboarding process

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years as CSM/Onboarding manager/Delivery manager
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
  • 1-2 years writing code in Python
  • Experience with SQL
  • K8S understanding – Must
