We’re looking for an experienced onboarding manager to lead our customers and community edition users through their Superwise ML observability journey. You need to be a detail-oriented people person who knows how to zero in on customer needs, requests, and values and find the best path to success.
- Assist Superwise new clients going through a frictionless and successful process of integration to our platform
- Proactively consult on best practices, creative solutions, and ways to integrate smoothly
- Develop detailed project plan schedules and work breakdown structures to ensure integration delivery
- Take ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding.
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the onboarding process
- 3-5 years as CSM/Onboarding manager/Delivery manager
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
- 1-2 years writing code in Python
- Experience with SQL
- K8S understanding – Must
