We’re looking for a customer success manager to lead our customers and community edition users through their Superwise ML observability journey. You need to be a detail-oriented people person who knows how to zero in on customer needs, requests, and values and find the best path to success.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for the success of our existing customers
- Training of platform end-users
- Maintain a promote reliable, long-lasting partnerships with our customers
- Maintain a high level of product proficiency in order to guide clients on the best uses of Superwise products
Requirements:
- Experience with Hubspot or any other large-organizational CRM platform
- Strong written, verbal, and demonstration capabilities in English
- Monitor usage and engagement level and work together with the client to optimize and demonstrate the constant value
- Establish and maintain customer high-quality satisfaction
- Maximize customer’s product-value
