Customer success manager

We’re looking for a customer success manager to lead our customers and community edition users through their Superwise ML observability journey. You need to be a detail-oriented people person who knows how to zero in on customer needs, requests, and values and find the best path to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the success of our existing customers
  • Training of platform end-users
  • Maintain a promote reliable, long-lasting partnerships with our customers
  • Maintain a high level of product proficiency in order to guide clients on the best uses of Superwise products

Requirements:

  • Experience with Hubspot or any other large-organizational CRM platform
  • Strong written, verbal, and demonstration capabilities in English
  • Monitor usage and engagement level and work together with the client to optimize and demonstrate the constant value
  • Establish and maintain customer high-quality satisfaction
  • Maximize customer’s product-value
